Michael was the trusted advisor for Los Angeles publishing magnate and philanthropist, Robert E. Petersen, purchasing on his behalf a premier collection of Colt Gatling guns, generously donated by Mr. Petersen’s widow, Margie, now displayed in the NRA Museum. Additionally he bought engraved Colt revolvers from percussion to automatics, rare oddities, superb English sporting guns by Holland & Holland, Purdey, and Woodward on Mr. Petersen’s behalf.

Testimonials

John D. Schofield, producer of the feature films, As Good As It Gets and Enemy At The Gates, was so taken with Michael’s novel, Park Avenue, that he was set to produce the film version. Most regrettably, Mr. Schofield, passed away before pre-production.
